Ntombikayise Dina is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and the founder of ND Attorneys. She holds an LLB degree, a BA in International Relations, and a Labour Relations Certificate. Ntombikayise brings a considered and multidisciplinary approach to legal practice, underpinned by strong practical experience in Family Law, Labour and Employment Law, and general Civil Litigation. Her work combines sound legal analysis with a practical understanding of the social, commercial, and workplace contexts in which legal disputes arise. Her practice is grounded in clarity, strategic thinking, and a commitment to guiding clients through complex legal matters with confidence and purpose.

Mpho Ramaphakela is a Senior Manager with a BA Degree in Communication Sciences and a background in customer experience, corporate communications, and operations management. Currently serving as the General Manager-Operations, Mpho leads the design, rollout, and optimization of policies, procedures, and tech-driven systems that boost efficiency, ensure compliance, and elevate the client experience , all while keeping teams aligned, agile, and empowered.

Adv. Thabo Selepe is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a senior legal and insurance professional with extensive experience in insurance law, financial services, and operational leadership. He brings strong practical expertise in insurance related legal matters, third-party liability, recoveries, and corporate legal operations.

Thabo serves as Head of Operations and Business Development at ND Attorneys, where he provides strategic and operational leadership focused on governance, efficiency, and sustainable business growth. His approach is grounded in disciplined execution, risk management, and the delivery of client-focused legal solutions that enhance value, improve outcomes, and support the firm’s strategic objectives.

Nyakallo Dlamini is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a specialised qualification in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town. Her practice focuses on legal and compliance advisory services, including governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, debt collection, and debt review.

Nyakallo supports organisations and individuals in navigating complex regulatory and financial environments with clarity and integrity, combining strong legal analysis with practical business insight.
